Del Tuff
Delvea Tuff is an artist self-taught in a variety of media, resulting in a highly developed but very personal style.
Born in Guelph, Ontario, Delvea first came to attention as a charter member of the “Jefferson Street Gallery” in Ellicottville, New York for two years. It was through her exposure there that she developed a steady following throughout western New York, her ‘horse’ portraits being particularly in demand.

Honorable mention in the emerging artists category hosted by The Buscaglia-Castellani Gallery (now Castellani Gallery), Niagara Falls NY.
Ducks Unlimited selected her as one of their Portfolio Artists of the year.
1st place in watercolour, 1 st place in ink drawing and Best in Show at the Niagara Regional Exhibition.
Delvea’s work has shown in Station Gallery Whitby, Backstreet Gallery Port Perry, The Piano Bar and Café, SideStreet Gallery Wellington as well as festivals in Niagara on the Lake, Uxbridge, Port Perry and Cobourg Waterfront.
I have learned and continue to learn a great deal from other artists since moving to Kawartha Lakes in 2009. I love that it’s “horse country”. There are endless vistas and natural scenery that offer so much inspiration here. Equine art has and will always be the most passionate and fulfilling artwork I do. Enjoy!
